Though weathered, this was the most beautiful stone I found here. This carver did amazing work. The shape of the grave is also very unique. The pinwheel designs and plants form an arch which symbolizes the entrance of eternity.

The weathered grave of Mary Goose. A rumor was started that this was the grave of Mother Goose but the story is false as the Mother Goose nursery rhymes have a mixture of French and English origins going back centuries.
